The whole experience was really nice. I liked it, very clean place. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with balcony and a shower. The pool was nice too. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was affordable.

Thank you for a really really nice stay, would use them next time. This small, clean property has marvellous buffet breakfasts and efficient stuff. The units are reasonably priced, huge. The venue is placed in a central position close to the main square.

You guys made my stay such great! Everything was perfectly fine, and it had very good wi-fi. There was a good bar with helpful service. Climate control, a laptop safe and iron/ironing board in the room and the lovely bed.

Nice comfy base for exploring Merida. Staff were briliant, breakfast was excellent, and location was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed that the poolside bar was fairly clean. Overall the service was marvellous.

Very convenient location; hotel has free parking. Being short walk from taqueria la lupita was nice, we had dinner there. Really enjoyed it and would definitely book again.

El cardenal cantina is a few steps away from the hotel. The room faced the patio. Super base for your vacations in Merida. We liked the fact that we chose maria del carmen
